Our services are arranged according to each participant’s assessed needs, approved Support at Home plan, service agreement and personal preferences. Understanding Your Support at Home Costs
Our rates reflect the standard cost for delivering aged care services across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Individual out-of-pocket contributions depend on assessment factors like income, pension status, and service category (clinical, independence, or everyday living). Government contributions are managed by Services Australia.
Booking Conditions & Minimum Hours
✅ General Services: 1-hour minimum duration.
✅ Domestic Assistance: 1.5-hour minimum per visit.
✅ Gardening & Home Maintenance: 1.5-hour minimum labor requirement.
✅ Extra Fees: Tip charges, replacement items, and materials are charged separately from standard labor rates.
Cancellations & Surcharges
✅ 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Service changes or cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid full booking charges.
✅ Public Holiday Surcharge: A 100% surcharge applies to services on public holidays.
✅ GST Information: Standard Support at Home package services are GST-exempt; non-funded services incur GST.
