Do I have to pay for the support worker's fuel or parking costs?

Transport costs are calculated transparently in line with standard NDIS price guide limits or Support at Home scheduled fees, usually on a per-kilometer basis. Any toll fees or parking costs incurred during the outing are typically discussed and agreed upon during your initial care setup.

Can I book a recurring transport schedule for work or weekly appointments?

Yes. We highly recommend booking a recurring schedule to secure your preferred times and ensure the highest consistency of care with the same local support worker each week.
