My Help was founded in 2014 with a vision to revolutionise the aged care industry and provide the highest standard of care and support to the all our clients be it elderly or NDIS participants.
For over a decade, we've been privileged to support individuals across Melbourne in living life on their own terms, right where they belong – at home. Our journey has been one of growth, learning, and unwavering commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
From humble beginnings as a small brokerage business and providing carers to local council and other home care providers
My Help quickly gained recognition for its commitment to excellence and dedication to enhancing the lives of the elderly. As the demand for quality aged care services grew, our business expanded, and we offered a wider range of services.
Today, we're honoured to be making a difference in the lives of more than 500 clients, each with their unique story and needs.
Our 10 years of experience have taught us that true care goes beyond tasks – it's about fostering independence, dignity, and joy in every interaction.
